Yes! AndGeez products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with carefully selected ingredients. Because our products are made in batches rather than mass-produced, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur—and that’s part of the beauty of handmade.

Keep all AndGeez products in cool, dry places between uses. Particularly for soap bars, allow them to drain and fully dry between washes. A well-draining soap dish can help extend the life of your bar, and if interested, one can be purchased as an add-on at check out!

If you want to pick yourself, start with your skin type and what your skin needs most. Our product descriptions and Skin Guide page are designed to help you find formulas that complement your routine and needs.

Every formula is different! Some products are especially suited for dry or sensitive skin, while others work beautifully for normal, combination, or oily skin. We include a “Skin Type” recommendation on applicable product pages to help you choose what works best for your skin. Please review the complete ingredient list before purchasing. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, do not use a product containing that ingredient. At AndGeez, we recommend that our customers with allergies perform patch tests with all products. Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and wait to see how your skin responds before using it more broadly. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Absolutely! AndGeez products are designed to complement one another. Try pairing products from the same and/or different scent family. You can also layer different product types with a Body Oil beneath a Body Butter or Lotion for a more complete moisturizing routine.

This depends on your skin and the individual formula. Start with 1–2 times per week and adjust based on how your skin responds. Avoid over-exfoliating. Please avoid using any scrubs on your face, as our formulas are designed for the body unless the product states otherwise.

Because our soaps are handcrafted in batches, each bar may have slight differences in color, pattern, shape, or texture. Your bar may not look exactly like the one pictured—and that’s part of what makes handmade soap special. Each bar is unique and 1-of-1, just like our customers!

Because many AndGeez products are made with natural butters and oils, exposure to high temperatures can affect their texture. Melting does not necessarily mean the product has gone bad. Please visit our Orders, Shipping, and Return Page for more information.
