AndGeez's return window — within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If you received the wrong product or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at andgeez.soapsandthings@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue 
• Clear photos of the product and packaging 

We'll review your request and let you know the next steps.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used skincare and body-care products (Used soaps, oils, lotions, body butters etc)
• Sale items, if applicable 

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product.
