Please allow 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Because AndGeez products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at andgeez.soapsandthings@gmail.com. Changes or cancellations can only be made before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the order or shipping address.

AndGeez currently ships within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. AndGeez is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at andgeez.soapsandthings@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AndGeez is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information says “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and the shipping carrier first.

We want your AndGeez order to arrive safely and exactly as you ordered it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at andgeez.soapsandthings@gmail.com.

Some AndGeez products contain natural butters and oils that can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. If a heat-sensitive product, such as a Body Butter or Butter Lotion, arrives softened or melted, don’t panic! Place the container in a cool area or refrigerate it and allow it to return to its normal consistency.

Because melting can occur due to shipping and temperature conditions, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive products will arrive in their original texture during warmer seasons.
